Peter S. Glassman, LLC

I am an attorney, mediator, facilitator, trainer and consultant. My aspiration is to apply these skills so that individuals and organizations can manage conflict, resolve disputes, manage change and make strategic decisions so that they can survive, thrive, grow and realize their dreams. 

I have over 20 years experience as a mediator, and over 13 years experience as Executive Director of Mediation Matters, a Community Dispute Resolution Center supported by the New York State Unified Courts System and covering the Counties of Albany, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Warren and Washington.

I am a native of the Capital District, having grown up in Saratoga Springs.

I am fortunate to have worked with dozens of community mediators who bring an amazing range of knowledge and experience to the table.  I will partner with these associates when appropriate to bring you, the client, the benefit of their expertise. 

I bring to my practice a mix of professionalism and relaxed good humor that enables you to obtain both the information and the frame of mind necessary to allow you to make the decision that will best get your own needs met.
